In our group, which is listed on the Prime Market, you will be involved in sales of standardized custom homes.
We sell products primarily through two business lines:
1. Hanamaru House
With the concept of "No overdoing it! But no compromise!" we offer homes starting from ¥8.7 million. Using the expertise gained from selling subdivision homes, we provide high-quality yet affordable homes, which are highly chosen by many customers.
2. Hiraya IKI
Recently, there has been an increasing demand for single-story homes, with a growing need for diverse living spaces. In response, we created the IKI (Iki), a single-story home. It has become popular among both younger generations and those looking for homes for their later years.
Thanks to our company’s position as the third-largest housing supplier in a national builder group, we are able to offer standardized custom homes that stand out from the competition, making it easier to attract customers and focus on customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
・Show customers around model homes
・Conduct sales negotiations (company and product explanations, estimates, etc.)
・Introduce home loans
・Manage the contract to handover process
・Sales activities (visits, posting materials, etc.)
This is a rewarding job where you will be involved in the sale of homes, a major purchase for customers. Your efforts will directly lead to recognition and compensation. An annual income of ¥10 million is possible.
