Salary Details

Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 to ¥6,000,000 Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 or more + commission + various allowances (family, qualifications, etc.) Includes fixed overtime pay (25.38 hours / ¥40,000). Overtime beyond this will be paid separately. Probation period: 1 year During the probation period, you will be employed as a contract employee. After the probation period ends, you will be offered a contract as a full-time employee. To compensate for the lack of bonuses during the probation period, the monthly salary is set higher. Monthly Salary: ¥220,100 + commission + various allowances (position, family, qualifications, etc.) + annual salary increase and bonuses Salary will be determined based on experience and age, according to company regulations. Includes fixed overtime pay (24.86 hours / ¥34,600). Overtime beyond this will be paid separately. Salary Increase: Once a year (in April) Note: Salary increase occurs after the probation period ends.

Job Description

Job Overview
This role involves sales for renovation work, primarily targeting customers who have purchased or built homes with our company.

Specific Duties Include:
・Post-Move-In Support: For customers who have lived in their homes for about 10 years, you will send postcards and make phone calls to offer free inspections of the roof and exterior walls, and then carry out the inspections.
・Maintenance Work: If maintenance work is needed, you will provide estimates for roof and exterior wall painting, secure the construction orders, manage the work, and handle payments.
・Customer Inquiries: For customers who contact us through our website or company app, you will conduct site surveys for requested renovation work, provide estimates, secure construction orders, manage the work, and handle payments.

Main Responsibilities:
・Visit customer homes to inspect the roof and exterior walls
・Provide reports and estimates after inspections
・Track the progress of renovation work
・Create reports
・Schedule appointments for upcoming inspections
・Create estimates
・Handle administrative tasks such as organizing customer lists
・Communicate with customers before and after contract signing

Additional Notes:
Since the position involves reaching out to customers who have already purchased new homes from our company, the sales activities are relatively smooth and straightforward.

Mandatory Requirements

・High school graduate or higher
・Sales or retail experience

Preferred Requirements
