Job Overview
This role involves sales for renovation work, primarily targeting customers who have purchased or built homes with our company.
Specific Duties Include:
・Post-Move-In Support: For customers who have lived in their homes for about 10 years, you will send postcards and make phone calls to offer free inspections of the roof and exterior walls, and then carry out the inspections.
・Maintenance Work: If maintenance work is needed, you will provide estimates for roof and exterior wall painting, secure the construction orders, manage the work, and handle payments.
・Customer Inquiries: For customers who contact us through our website or company app, you will conduct site surveys for requested renovation work, provide estimates, secure construction orders, manage the work, and handle payments.
Main Responsibilities:
・Visit customer homes to inspect the roof and exterior walls
・Provide reports and estimates after inspections
・Track the progress of renovation work
・Create reports
・Schedule appointments for upcoming inspections
・Create estimates
・Handle administrative tasks such as organizing customer lists
・Communicate with customers before and after contract signing
Additional Notes:
Since the position involves reaching out to customers who have already purchased new homes from our company, the sales activities are relatively smooth and straightforward.
[Required Qualifications]
・Valid Class 1 Driver’s License (Standard vehicle)
・High school graduate or higher
・Sales or retail experience
Highest Level of Education: Graduate school graduate, University graduate, College graduate, High school graduate.

・Sales experience in the housing or renovation industry, or experience as a site supervisor
・Real Estate Transaction Specialist
・Various architectural licenses
