As a consultant, you will be responsible for solving web marketing challenges and maximizing results for our clients.

The product is a performance-based web advertising service, Access Trade.
Your role is not to sell the service, but to plan and propose ways to maximize advertising results in order to increase the client’s profits.

■ Consulting for Advertisers
You will propose marketing strategies for the promotion of advertisers’ services/products. After the ads are placed, you will continuously evaluate their effectiveness, analyze the data, and make improvements to maximize ad performance.

■ Consulting for Media Partners
To enhance the success of advertisements, it is essential to work with the appropriate media (such as individual blogs or corporate websites). Your mission will be to develop media partnerships that help media partners maximize their advertising revenue. This includes finding new media outlets, securing ad space, and offering media planning advice to attract more users.

Access Trade is a performance-based web advertising service where advertisers pay for ads when users who visit a web media site meet conditions set by the advertiser, such as making a purchase.
We work with a network of over 410,000 registered media sites. We partner with the media that best match the advertiser’s service/product, and continuously handle ad placements and operations.

■ Work Style
While this is a sales role, there are no strict sales quotas. Instead, you will have monthly targets based on "revenue" and "gross profit." By consistently meeting your goals, you will receive high performance evaluations, and your results will be reflected in your biannual bonuses.
