Job Description

You will be responsible for land acquisition for new housing developments.

Specifically:
[Work Flow]
[Job Description] You will be responsible for acquiring land (buying land) to build our company's main business, "newly built homes for sale"! You will have the rare opportunity to gain experience in "sales for purchasing" that is hard to come by at other companies!

Example of how the work proceeds:
1. Gather information from real estate brokers within your assigned area and select land (around 10 properties per deal)
2. Investigate the land’s shape and surrounding environment on-site
3. Evaluate the land and plan from the purchase price to the selling price
4. Obtain internal approval and finalize the contract
5. Work with internal departments to build the homes
6. After completion, request real estate brokers to promote sales

・Many employees have been promoted to managerial positions (like section chief) in their first or second year, regardless of previous experience or length of employment. Your actions and mindset as a salesperson will be the only factors we evaluate.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
・Experience in acquisition sales or sales related to buying and selling properties (real estate brokerage).
・High school diploma or higher.
・Valid driver's license (AT limited license is acceptable).

Education Level: Master's degree, Bachelor's degree, Associate degree, or High school diploma.

Preferred Requirements

・Possession of a real estate agent license
・Experience in management.
