Salary Details

Salary: 243,550 yen to 538,640 yen per month (including fixed overtime of 45 hours) •Annual salary: 4.5 million yen to 6.5 million yen (Monthly salary: 270,000 yen to 415,000 yen + 2 bonuses per year) *The exact amount will be determined based on discussions, experience, skills, and qualifications. *If you hold a Level 1 Construction Management Engineer qualification, we can discuss a salary of over 6 million yen. Job Description

You will be responsible for client hearings, preparing construction estimates, participating in bids, securing contracts, and following up with clients as part of the large-scale renovation project orders.

Job Description
You will be responsible for the order activities of large-scale condominium renovation projects. Specifically, you will handle client hearings, preparing construction estimates, participating in bids, securing orders, and providing after-sales support to clients.

Specific Job Duties

Regular Client Visits
You will visit property management companies, management associations, and architectural firms regularly to discuss the buildings and their condition. You will listen carefully to clients' concerns about repairs and understand their needs.

Proposal and Presentation
You will propose services such as exterior wall and rooftop painting, waterproofing, and renovations that improve residents' living environments. You will make presentations not only to management companies but also to management associations about the proposed work.

Estimate Creation, Submission, and Contracts
You will collaborate with internal team members to prepare estimates and contract documents. This allows you to focus on client proposals while having support for administrative tasks.

Site Progress Checks
Once a contract is signed, you will hand it over to the construction department and begin the project. You will visit the site regularly to check the progress. Before starting the work, you will notify residents and nearby neighbors and handle any inquiries.

Post-Hire Process
After joining the company, you will accompany senior employees on business negotiations and site visits to learn the workflow and industry knowledge. We have a strong culture of mentoring, so if you have any questions, you can easily ask anyone. Experienced seniors are responsible for teaching and guiding you. Employees ranging from their 20s to 70s with extensive experience are active in the company for the long term.

Mandatory Requirements
