Job Description

・Construction management of civil engineering work related to our renewable energy power generation business.
You will be responsible for construction projects that include equipment installation, as well as power generation and transmission facilities.
・You will work in a team with electrical engineers to manage the civil engineering aspects of construction.
・At the construction site, you will oversee various tasks, including planning the construction schedule, managing progress, materials, safety, costs, and quality, while coordinating with subcontractors.

Career Path:
・During the first 2-3 years, you will assist with projects and learn our business while developing your skills. After that, you will gradually take on larger projects as a site manager.
・We offer a training program for mid-career hires, along with a comprehensive support system for obtaining various qualifications, such as the 1st-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician and Professional Engineer (PE) certifications. Mandatory Requirements

Candidates should have one of the following qualifications:
・2nd-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician
・1st-Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician Associate

Preferred Experience and Attributes:
・Experience in construction management in the civil engineering field
・Willingness to travel for business assignments (no resistance to business trips)

Educational Requirements: High school graduate or higher

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in construction management for civil engineering work related to wind power generation and transmission.

Desired Qualities:

・A challenging spirit and curiosity.
・Goal-oriented with a strong sense of initiative and execution.
