Job Description
You will be responsible for proposing additional construction options to customers who have purchased new homes from our company. As a member of our route sales team, you will handle sales of optional home products.
< What Are Optional Products? >
These are items necessary for homeownership, including:
・Curtains/Curtain Rails
・Air Conditioners
・TV Antennas
・Screen Doors
・Lighting Fixtures
・Carports
・...and other related products.
< Specific Responsibilities >
Promoting and selling optional products through direct appointments with customers or to sales agents.
Your mission is to create a seamless process where customers who purchase KEIAI homes also buy optional products from KEIAI.
Tasks include preparing estimates, handling applications, and coordinating construction requests.
