Job Overview:
You will be responsible for the order acquisition activities related to large-scale repair works for condominiums. Specifically, you will be involved in customer hearings, preparing estimates, participating in bids, securing contracts, and providing after-sales support.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Regular Visits to Existing Clients:
Regularly visit property management companies, management associations, and architectural offices to discuss building-related matters. You will listen attentively to identify any areas of concern regarding repairs and understand their needs.
Proposals & Presentations:
You will propose services such as exterior and roof painting, waterproofing, and renovation works aimed at creating a more comfortable living environment for the residents. Presentations will be made not only to property management companies but also to management associations regarding the details of the projects.
Preparation of Estimates, Submission, and Contracting:
You will cooperate with internal team members to handle administrative tasks such as preparing estimates and contract documents, which allows you to focus on presenting proposals to clients.
Monitoring Construction Progress:
Once contracts are finalized, the project will be handed over to the construction department to begin the work. You will visit the site during construction to monitor progress. Before starting the work, you will also inform the residents and neighbors, addressing any inquiries they may have.
Onboarding Process:
•After joining, you will accompany senior employees to experience negotiations and observe construction sites, while learning the workflow and industry knowledge.
