Salary Details

Estimated Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 to ¥6,000,000 [During the Probation Period] Monthly salary: ¥250,000 or more + commission + various allowances (family, qualifications, etc.) ※ Includes fixed overtime pay (25.38 hours per month / ¥40,000), with any excess overtime paid separately. ※ Probation period is 1 year. ※ During the probation period, you will be a contract employee. After the period ends, you will sign a contract as a full-time employee. ※ During the probation period, the monthly salary is set higher to compensate for the lack of a bonus. [After Full-Time Employment] Monthly salary: ¥220,100 + commission + various allowances (position, family, qualifications, etc.) + salary increase and bonuses ※ Salary will be determined based on experience and age, according to company regulations. ※ Includes fixed overtime pay (24.86 hours per month / ¥34,600), with any excess overtime paid separately. Job Description

[Job: Providing Product/Service Information to Residents of Our Homes]

You will contact customers who have purchased homes from our company and provide them with information about our products and services over the phone.

Specific tasks include:
・Providing information on optimizing internet costs
・Providing information on optimizing electricity bills
・Offering home equipment insurance
・Offering home inspection services
・Offering information on optional construction work
・Performing administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting related to the above services

Daily Workflow: You will call customers listed in the customer list and notify them of our services. You will also input application results and progress information into forms.

No specialized knowledge or experience is required, so no problem if you are inexperienced.

Mandatory Requirements

・Strong communication skills over the phone
・Able to perform data entry tasks on a computer (Word, Excel)
・High school diploma or higher
・Driver's license (AT transmission allowed)
