This position is part of the Customer Center within the Debt Management Headquarters, a department responsible for the collection of overdue receivables.

Currently, PayPay Card is advancing its credit card business development and promotion with strengthened collaboration among group companies, aiming to provide an "overwhelmingly No. 1 service."
In line with the business expansion of PayPay Card, we have decided to establish an office in Sapporo and are now recruiting founding members for the Sapporo office.
■ Specific Job Responsibilities
Provide customer service to ensure satisfaction while addressing cases of early delinquency.
Conduct follow-up and collection of overdue receivables over the phone (including repayment consultations and management)
Perform administrative tasks related to phone operations (e.g., recording conversations and handling post-processing for repayment method changes)
■ Required Experience/Skills
•Customer service experience (communication skills required)
•Basic PC operation skills
