Job Details:
The mission is to increase the number of partner contractors who will carry out the construction of our homes.
・Carpentry
・Foundation
Roofing
・Exterior walls
・Water and sewage systems
・Equipment installation
・...and more.
You will meet with contractors and convey the appeal of our company to them.
You will discuss our construction methods, align conditions, and negotiate so that they can become our partner contractors.
Ultimately, the goal is to have the registered contractors involved in our new construction projects.
Most leads will come from inquiries via our website or customer referrals.
Incentives are provided for efforts, leading to potential salary increases and a greater sense of accomplishment.
Note: There may be a training period of approximately 3 months at the Omiya office (subject to change depending on the situation).
Required Qualifications:
・Driver's license (AT allowed)
・High school diploma or higher
・Experience in customer service, sales, or business development
Education Level:
Graduate degree, University degree, College diploma, or High school diploma

・Experience in the construction industry
・Experience in management
・Knowledge of construction sites (experience in construction management)
