Salary Details

Expected Annual Salary: ¥3,000,000 to ¥5,000,000 Monthly salary: ¥250,000 or more + commission + various allowances (family, qualifications, etc.) ※ Includes fixed overtime pay (40,000 yen for 25.38 hours/month); extra hours will be paid separately. ※ The probation period is 1 year. ※ During the probation period, you will be a contract employee. After the probation ends, you will sign a contract as a full-time employee. ※ The monthly salary is set higher during the probation period due to the absence of a bonus. Job Description

Prime Market Listed Company, Selected as a Best Company in the "Best Workplaces" Ranking - Our company, with strong momentum, is seeking partner construction companies (contractors) for our Partnership Promotion Department, where you will be responsible for recruiting and registering contractors for residential construction.

Job Details:
The mission is to increase the number of partner contractors who will carry out the construction of our homes.
・Carpentry
・Foundation
Roofing
・Exterior walls
・Water and sewage systems
・Equipment installation
・...and more.

You will meet with contractors and convey the appeal of our company to them.
You will discuss our construction methods, align conditions, and negotiate so that they can become our partner contractors.
Ultimately, the goal is to have the registered contractors involved in our new construction projects.

Most leads will come from inquiries via our website or customer referrals.
Incentives are provided for efforts, leading to potential salary increases and a greater sense of accomplishment.

Note: There may be a training period of approximately 3 months at the Omiya office (subject to change depending on the situation).

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications:
・Driver's license (AT allowed)
・High school diploma or higher
・Experience in customer service, sales, or business development

Education Level:
Graduate degree, University degree, College diploma, or High school diploma

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:
・Experience in the construction industry
・Experience in management
・Knowledge of construction sites (experience in construction management)
