This is a sales role where you will be proposing our products, "Visualization Engine" and "Customer Rings," to corporate clients. You will visit companies that have shown interest through our website or exhibitions, introduce our products, demonstrate the value of implementing them tailored to the client's needs, and propose solutions to their challenges.
Primarily, the role involves inbound sales. You will work with the team to plan and execute marketing initiatives such as product PR methods, website creation, and exhibition participation to engage potential clients. The clients you work with will come from diverse industries, allowing you to gain knowledge across various sectors.
■ Job Description
•Managing appointment scheduling, sales proposals, and closing deals
•During sales proposals, deliver presentations using introductory materials and demonstrate the Visualization Engine in action
•Depending on client needs, collect real data or social media data as part of the pre-contract sales activities, analyze it experimentally, and make recommendations
•Create content, strategies, and general materials as needed to support smooth sales activities
•Plan and develop sales and campaign strategies
•Provide advice and mentor younger team members, including participating in role-playing exercises for their development when necessary
■ About the Visualization Engine
This tool analyzes text from customer feedback on social media or surveys and visualizes customer voices. It provides insights to frontline employees and offers consulting for marketing strategy development.
Note: The product has ranked No.1 in market share for 12 consecutive years in the text mining SaaS market, according to a research report by Fujikimera Research Institute titled "Software Business New Market."
■ About Customer Rings
This platform integrates all customer-related data, such as customer information and behavioral history, and allows for detailed analysis and segmentation of customers. It enables one-stop execution from analysis to actual marketing actions, offering a customer experience-based marketing platform.
■Experience (required)
•At least 3 years of IT related corporate sales experience
