As a Sales Supervisor (Supervisor for FC stores), you will build a Win-Win-Win relationship between franchise members, their customers, and the Keiai Star Real Estate Group. Using your experience in real estate sales brokerage, you will be entrusted with sales consulting tasks.
Example duties of a supervisor include:
・Supporting existing franchise members
・Providing business and sales guidance
・Planning and implementing new services
・Developing and executing strategies and marketing plans for each area
・In starting a real estate brokerage FC business, you will be responsible for creating business plans, area marketing, and supporting franchisees from signing up to opening and managing stores. You will support owners by dividing roles and responsibilities.
Environment where you can face the FC owners: We have set a significantly lower number of franchisees per salesperson to improve the quality of service. We dedicate more time to each franchisee than competing FCs. This allows you to secure time to strategize and address challenges with franchise owners.
Training after joining: You will learn to support franchisees through on-the-job training (OJT) and aim to become independent within 1 to 2 months. You will gradually acquire a wide range of knowledge, including management, real estate, and marketing. By using Keiai’s unique services, you can assist franchisees with market strategies, advertising strategies, and the development of management indicators.

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)
- Experience in real estate sales activities
* Franchise development sales and SV experience are highly welcomed
