You will be primarily responsible for driving DX (Digital Transformation) and business planning at our DX Innovation Department. The department's mission is to digitize all business areas, improve operations, and create new businesses.
Since the department was established, the DX efforts for the building and condominium business have been gradually handed over to respective dedicated DX teams. However, to continue promoting DX for other business areas, we are looking for someone who can drive the planning and execution of business organization and improvement, involving the on-site departments.
Job Details:
•Organizing business processes and identifying issues through discussions with on-site departments
•Improving operations
•Developing a roadmap for DX transformation
•Leading and managing projects aimed at actual business improvements (including involving on-site departments and negotiating with vendors during system implementation)
