You will be responsible for everything from acquiring land for newly built condominiums to business planning. As this is a new business, you will have the discretion to manage your tasks and contribute actively.
You will be involved in all aspects of the business, from land acquisition to project planning (development), working on both the entry and exit stages. Additionally, as a management candidate, you can aim for career advancement.
This is an ideal environment for those who want to drive new business from scratch (zero to one), those with a venture mindset, and those with experience in the condominium business who are eager to take on new challenges.
