Salary Details

Expected annual income: 3,000,000 to 6,000,000 yen Monthly salary of 250,000 yen or more + commission + various allowances (family, qualifications, etc.) * Includes fixed overtime pay (25.38 hours/month/40,000 yen worth), any excess will be paid separately. * Probation period is for 1 year. * During the period, you will be a contract employee. After the period ends, you will be engaged as a regular employee. * As there is no bonus during the probation period, the monthly salary is set higher. Job Description

[Specific Responsibilities]
You will be responsible for sales consulting to promote real estate franchisees. The goal is to establish a Win-Win-Win relationship between franchisees, their customers, and the KeiAi Star Real Estate Group.

Example tasks for franchise development sales:
・New franchisee recruitment and development activities
・Hosting franchise seminars
・Developing and executing regional strategies and marketing plans
・Consulting for new business ventures
・Creating business plans and conducting area marketing for launching real estate brokerage FC operations

You will assist franchise owners with everything from the initial sign-up to store opening and operations, dividing roles to support management.

Environment to Engage with Franchise Owners
To improve service quality, we assign an exceptionally low number of franchisees to each sales representative. This allows you to spend more time with each franchisee, ensuring you can focus on solving challenges and developing strategic solutions.

Learning After Joining
You will learn to follow up with franchisees through on-the-job training (OJT), aiming to be fully independent in about 1 to 2 months.
You will gradually acquire a broad range of knowledge, including management, real estate, and marketing expertise. Using KeiAi's unique services, you will assist franchisees with market strategies, advertising strategies, and management indicators.

Mandatory Requirements
