Job Description

"Top-class market share in a stable company" — You will be responsible for selling the company's UV (ultraviolet) equipment to existing clients, including major manufacturers.

Key Details:

•Equipment applications: UV curing, drying, and sterilization used in printing, coating, electronics manufacturing, and adhesives.
•Duties: Customize products for client needs, propose new products, create estimates, and follow up after delivery. Half the workweek involves visiting clients (2–
5 per day) using a company car.
•Client industries: Large-scale machinery, electronics, automotive, and automotive components manufacturers.

Mandatory Requirements

・College graduate or above
・Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, email)
・Regular car class 1 license (AT limited)

Preferred Requirements

•Candidates with a science or engineering background
•Experience in sales of manufacturing equipment or production materials
•Sales experience in a manufacturing company
•Language proficiency (English, Mandarin, Korean)

Note: Proficiency in foreign languages is valuable as the role involves interaction with overseas branches of domestic manufacturers and foreign clients, with several overseas business trips per year offering opportunities to utilize language skills.

Training Program

[Onboarding Process] A year-long training program is provided: Step 1: Begin with classroom training on company operations and UV technology. Step 2: Gain practical knowledge of products and workflow through mentorship and accompanying experienced sales staff (including technical guidance). Step 3: Take charge of existing client accounts to develop proposal skills. Step 4: Progress to handling route sales and later tackle new client acquisition. Note: Adjustments are made as necessary based on individual situations.
