Job Description
You will be responsible for IT consulting for end-users and large SI companies, sales and implementation of our own products (chatbots, AI tools), and solution sales for custom development services.
You will make proposals using our wide range of services, which include our core strengths such as "Cloud Architect," "Development," "Infrastructure & Maintenance," "Consulting," "Design," "Product Proposals," and "Resource Proposals."
・After joining, you will receive on-the-job training (OJT) within the assigned sales department.
・You will then engage in proposal activities in collaboration with technical members.
・You will handle both existing customers and new customer acquisition.
・Regardless of age or company tenure, we fairly evaluate results and processes. Even young employees have the opportunity to take on leadership or management positions early!

Excel, Word, PPT, internal system operations, and various tools.
Team Highlights
The Nagoya branch currently has about 20 employees, with a balanced age distribution across 40s, 30s, and 20s. The atmosphere is friendly and easy to integrate into, as the team consists of warm-hearted individuals.
Young employees are responsible for key customers, which has fostered a company culture where they are given meaningful responsibilities.
→ For major accounts, we adopt a multiple sales approach per account.
Typically, sales activities are conducted on-site, with an emphasis on face-to-face communication within the team.

Required Qualifications (Must Have)
At least 1 year of experience in corporate sales

■Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sales within the IT industry
Experience in sales in SES (System Engineering Service) or staffing business
