After 14 years since its establishment, the company has reached a major milestone of going public. As we receive many requests from customers, we are now looking for a manager to lead the sales organization and help solve the challenges of as many customers as possible.
Job Description
The role involves IT consulting, sales and implementation of our proprietary products (chatbots, AI tools), and solution sales in custom development services for end users and large SI companies.
We will offer solutions from our wide range of services, which include our core strengths of "Cloud Architecture," "Development," "Infrastructure & Maintenance," "Consulting," "Design," "Product Proposals," and "Resource Proposals."
Additionally, as the Sales Manager for our Nagoya branch, you will be responsible for the following missions:
・Sales management and oversight
・Developing the business plan for the Nagoya branch
・Supporting project management for key customers
・Developing and executing recruitment strategies
Team Strengths
In this phase of growth, you will have the discretion to lead organizational expansion. In addition to new plans in the cloud domain (our existing solution), you will also create and deliver new products and solutions for end users.
Required Qualifications (Mandatory)
Sales experience in the IT industry, or sales experience in SES (System Engineering Service) or staffing business
Experience in team management
