◇Job Description
You will engage in sales activities targeting NEC and NEC Group companies to centralize and streamline back-office operations such as finance, human resources, sales support, and office support. These back-office services are provided by our in-house service departments, utilizing digital technologies to improve operational efficiency.
As the business environment of NEC and NEC Group evolves, the way we deliver services must also change. By receiving feedback from customers and collaborating with service departments, you will be responsible for enhancing service offerings and coordinating the delivery of services to meet client needs.
◇Recruitment Background
Back-office operations are expected to not only stabilize NEC and its group companies' businesses but also contribute to their growth. You will propose business improvements for NEC using our digital technologies and data assets, aiming to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
To further develop these back-office services, we are strengthening our team with individuals capable of coordinating and improving service delivery.
◇Career Path
You will initially leverage your sales experience to drive sales activities. In the future, we expect you to take on a role in team management or even oversee the management of the entire sales department.
