Job Description

・As a Civil Engineering Construction Management Specialist in the Civil Engineering Department, you will be involved in construction management, schedule management, material management, safety management, labor management, cost control, quality control, and office management.

・You will be assigned to the Civil Engineering Department. With the increasing urbanization in metropolitan areas, we are focused on the underground installation of utilities such as water, telecommunications, electricity, and gas. We prioritize construction feasibility, cost-effectiveness, safety, and environmental preservation, and we are developing new methods to address these challenges.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications (one of the following):
・2nd Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician
・1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician Assistant

Required Experience (if you hold one of the above qualifications):
・Experience in Construction Management of Civil Engineering Works

Education: High School Graduate or Higher

Preferred Requirements

・Experience in Civil Engineering Construction Management for Large-Scale Projects (projects worth 50 million yen or more)

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 60-minute break), no flex-time system.
