Job Description

You will be responsible for the requirements definition, design, development, and enhancement of our in-house developed workflow solution as a project manager, leader, or candidate for a leadership position.

While actively participating in the work, you will manage partners and oversee all phases from requirements definition and basic design onward.
If your experience and skills are limited, you will initially be assigned as a member to catch up.

You will work with multiple clients, and based on your background, you will start with one of the projects (such as in telecommunications or manufacturing).
As a prime SIer, you will develop business systems based on our in-house developed package (workflow engine) while directly communicating with customers.

This role covers a wide range of responsibilities and allows for career advancement as an engineer and playing manager. The work style is primarily based at the headquarters, with visits to clients approximately once a week during the development phase. During the COVID-19 pandemic, we have adopted remote work in accordance with company policy, and interactions with clients are conducted online.

Additionally, we are focusing on low-code/no-code development and new business development, enhancing our development capabilities to solve diverse customer challenges, including cloud migration and legacy migration, as well as development using marketing analysis tools. This allows for opportunities to challenge new development technologies.

Responsible Phases:

Depending on your preferences and background, you will be expected to take on a wide range of roles, from leading projects as a PM/PL to handling development projects as an SE.

Expected Career Plan:

Initially, you will be responsible as a PM/PL or member for projects, with the expectation of eventually taking over one account (client) and managing it at your discretion. Depending on the project phase, you will generally start from upstream activities such as requirements definition and gain comprehensive experience through to the maintenance phase.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Experience:

•Management, leader/sub-leader experience (including those who are aspiring or currently studying)
•Experience from basic design to system (comprehensive) testing
•Experience with object-oriented languages (such as Java/.NET)
•Experience with Oracle/SQL Server (or other RDBMS)
•Highest Educational Background: Graduate school graduate or university graduate
