■ "Live Commerce Force"
It is the world’s first tool that can analyze Instagram live streams. By analyzing the number of viewers and comments, it helps make live streams more engaging. Additionally, by analyzing questions about products through direct messages (DMs) and comments, it sends DMs with product information or coupons to drive purchases. The introduction cost starts from 580,000 yen, making the adoption barrier low. The service has received positive feedback for enabling live streams that directly contribute to purchases, and within about six months of launch, it has been adopted by 30 companies, maintaining a 100% retention rate.

■ Job Description:
As the sales representative for "Live Commerce Force," you will propose to cosmetics and confectionery manufacturers to use Instagram live streaming to drive purchases.
・New corporate client acquisition
・Client negotiations (including issue identification) and contract finalization, etc.
※ You may also be involved in planning-related tasks depending on your preferences.
▽ Sales Approach
You will directly contact manufacturers by phone to make proposals. There are about two meetings and a trial phase before the product is implemented, which can happen in as little as one month.

■ Evaluation System
The company uses the following three evaluation systems:
・Personnel Evaluation (twice a year): Achieving individual half-year goals results in a promotion (with raises from 30,000 yen to 100,000 yen).
・Incentives (twice a year): 3%–4% of the difference between the individual’s earned amount and the half-year goal.
・Bonus (once a year): 5% of ordinary profit is distributed.
