Job Description

We listen to customer challenges and current situations, and then devise solutions.
We mainly provide consulting in the digital realm, including SNS PR and influencer marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, as well as live commerce.

This role is not about suggesting tools or methods, but rather about proposing a comprehensive strategy tailored to each client's needs.

Specific job responsibilities:
・New client acquisition
・Direction of live commerce
・On-site management of live broadcasts
・Planning and operation of SNS strategies
・Casting of influencers

Clients: Our clients range from the cosmetics industry to food manufacturers, and we continue to acquire projects from demanding national clients such as P&G and Dyson.

Organization structure: There are 6 people in the sales department, with 3 people in the team for this position. The average age is in the late 20s. The company is young and dynamic, with the CEO being just 25 years old.

About the HR system: We are advancing a performance-based HR system mainly focused on quantitative metrics.
