Job Description

Our Industry Systems Division

Our Industry Systems Division provides system integration (SI) services to a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, distribution/retail, telecommunications, and healthcare. We are currently seeking personnel to undertake system integration sales for further business expansion and to foster management in sales and marketing for the future.
Currently, the sales team in the Industry Systems Division consists of two veteran management-level employees in their 60s and late 50s, making it essential to strengthen sales capabilities for business expansion through maintaining close relationships with account customers and developing and executing plans for new solutions.

We are looking for someone who can lead the establishment of the sales structure and execution of sales activities with autonomy and strength, and who can eventually take on the role of Sales Director, focusing on organizational expansion and talent development. This is an important position.

[Job Details]

Responsibilities:

System integration sales. You will collaborate with BU heads to plan business and sales strategies, focusing on new development and existing accounts.
Account Sales (Ratio of New/Existing):
Formulate and execute plans for new account development (50%)
Formulate and execute plans for deepening existing accounts (50%)
Sales Strategy Planning and Business Area Expansion:
Plan and execute solution strategies for each department (including marketing activities such as solution planning)
Management of Order Budgets

Note: Ongoing development projects for existing customers are typically handled by PMs/PLs in each department, focusing on collaborative sales activities with SEs.
