Job Description:
As a consultant, you will support companies that have implemented the CRM/Marketing Automation (MA) tool "Customer Rings" by helping them address their challenges.
Responsibilities:
You will lead CRM/MA initiatives for client companies utilizing the "Customer Rings" tool. Your primary focus will be:
・Promoting the use of the tool and supporting the execution and analysis of CRM/MA strategies.
・Assisting client companies in improving their marketing efforts and customer experience (CX).
In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in:
・Planning and executing digital marketing strategies.
・Setting challenges and conducting hypothesis-driven analyses.
・Proposing solutions to client companies and engaging in strategic discussions.

Requirements:

Flexible Working Hours: Core time from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Standard Working Hours: 8 hours per day, with a 60-minute break. Overtime Policy: Fixed overtime allowance system (covers up to 45 hours/month). Additional pay provided for overtime exceeding 45 hours.
