Job Description:
You will be responsible for construction management of single-family homes. About 70% of the projects are pre-sold homes, while the remaining 30% are custom-built homes.
Job Duties:
・The typical project duration is 4 to 5 months from start to completion.
・You will manage approximately 15 to 20 projects per year, and while multiple projects may overlap, the number of projects will be adjusted to avoid excessive overtime.
Job Highlights:
・Flexibility in Scheduling: Since the majority of the homes are pre-sold and managed by the company, there is often flexibility in project timelines.
・Smooth Workflow: The company works with trusted contractors, ensuring smooth communication and quick resolution of any issues. The department head, Matsumoto, will assist with any challenges.
・Good Location Accessibility: Projects are mainly located in Sumida, Koto, and Taito districts within the 23 wards of Tokyo. Most properties are within a 10-30 minute commute from the office, allowing for efficient work.
・Efficient Drawing Creation: You may need to use tools like Jw_cad or ARCHITREND for drawings, but you will primarily work on revising existing architectural plans created by designers, rather than starting from scratch.
・Career Growth Opportunities: If desired, you can also take on additional responsibilities, such as managing renovation or after-sales maintenance projects. The company will align your projects with your career goals.
・At least 3 years of experience in construction management for wooden single-family homes (able to handle the entire process independently).
・A valid driver's license.
・Possession of a 1st or 2nd class construction management engineer license
