Job Description

At Saleshub, the sales team is responsible for the phase before the implementation by companies, while the CS team handles the phase after the implementation, carrying out their respective duties.

[CS Team Responsibilities]
The CS team will be involved in providing overall support to ensure that companies that have signed a contract with Saleshub achieve results.

Conducting kick-off meetings and regular meetings with the participating companies
Developing and executing operational improvement proposals for the participating companies
Facilitating referrals (supporters) to the participating companies

Mandatory Requirements

Eligibility (required)

・3 years or more of corporate sales experience
・Customer success experience
・ Final educational background: Graduate school graduate, university graduate

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

•Experience in SaaS sales or customer success
•Experience in account sales
•Self-control ability to translate organizational achievement goals into personal action plans
•A mindset and sense of responsibility to tackle challenges from the client's perspective

Working Hours

We have adopted a flextime system (without core hours). Primarily, we do not have designated core hours to make it easier for members to make short breaks.
