・Holders of 1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician Certification
・Experience in Civil Engineering Construction Management for Large-Scale Projects (projects worth 50 million yen or more)
・Experience as a Site Manager for Large-Scale Projects (projects worth 200 million yen or more)
・Experience in Civil Engineering Companies or Subcontractor Companies is welcomed.
