Job Description

● The work content of the contact point includes the following tasks related to application reception and recruitment coordination management.  ・ Reception of applications for part-time, full-time, and other positions  
・ Coordination of interview and meeting schedules
・ Response to client inquiries  
・ System registration and updates
・ Conducting interviews  
・ Direct sourcing distribution tasks  
・ Management of mail and returned items
・ Filing and other related activities are carried out at this contact point.

Mandatory Requirements

■ Required Qualifications:

•Experience in recruitment tasks or training of new employees, as well as management experience. Alternatively, candidates with equivalent •experience or skills.
•Someone who does not find the work burdensome.
•Proficiency in PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Final Educational Background: Graduate School, University, Vocational School, High School, Middle School.
