Salary Details

Annual income: 6,000,000 yen - 10,000,000 yen The above estimated annual income includes bonuses (paid twice a year). Job Description

We are looking for a person to promote international standardization activities (in cutting-edge areas such as AI) in accordance with ISO/IEC and other standards. Specifically, you will participate in international standardization activities, understand the technical information and influence gained in the field, and explore possibilities for sharing information with each team and developing new services. You will analyze the impact on our business in cooperation with sales members and market research staff, and take on the responsibility of forming strategies and promoting standardization activities.

Main Duties Include:

1.) Business related to international standardization activities such as ISO/IEC

•Participation in domestic meetings, creation of contribution documents
•Dissemination of information on standardization obtained from meetings and documents, and report preparation

2.) Planning of AI-related services

•Planning and consideration of AI-related services

You will be responsible for promoting international standards related to AI within the rapidly growing Software Engineering Department of the company. You will not only gain knowledge and experience regarding legal requirements such as standards compliance but also be able to participate from the planning stage of service development, aiming for further career advancement from an engineering perspective. You will have the opportunity to grow the business while conducting your own PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) in a flexible work-from-home environment.

Mandatory Requirements

【Required】

・Technical knowledge related to AI
・Comfortable with English (reading, writing, and conversation)
・Practical experience in international standardization

【Preferred】

・Experience in a startup company or as a member of a new business launch team (experience in starting from 0 to 1)
・Application Qualifications
・Must have graduated from a technical college or higher.

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Some flexible working hours available (Core time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) *1-hour break (12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) *If employed as a managerial supervisor, the treatment for managerial supervisors' attendance will apply.
