Job Description

You can thrive as a candidate for a business management leader in the field of software engineering, which is a new business area.

Our company has been providing value by combining digital technologies and engineering skills for manufacturing customers, primarily in the automotive industry. In order to deliver even greater value in manufacturing by 2030, we launched our software business in 2022.

As a future candidate for the head of sales management and purchasing management in the new software engineering business, you will primarily be responsible for contract management, billing management, attendance management, and purchasing management related to the human resources business. Specifically, you will be entrusted with instructing several team members and finalizing numbers in accordance with monthly closing deadlines. Once you understand the flow of money within the company, you can expand your role to include budget management, internal control management, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

While we will consider your experience, you will primarily be expected to handle the following tasks:

•Monthly closing for sales and purchasing management
•Contract management for staffing, quasi-commission, and outsourcing
•Improvement of regular processing operations and the exploration and deployment of effective processes
•Other support related to the establishment of the new business

Mandatory Requirements

【Required】
・About 5 years of experience in areas close to sales management degree
・Understand labor affairs, labor management, dispatch law, labor standards law, and accounting journal entries
・Someone
・Excel, PowerPoint, etc
・Business tool use skills
・Flexibility, adaptability, and self-management skills to learn new business processes

・Science technical college graduate or above
