Job Description

This position involves conducting necessary technical research to support business launch and global expansion in the enterprise and embedded (IoT) sectors, with a focus on market analysis and trend analysis related to software development, third-party software verification, and quality (standards compliance) consulting.

You will collaborate with team members who have experience in business launch within an organization under departmental management that has grown to over 130 personnel as it enters its third year since establishment.

We welcome applications from those who wish to actively drive the PDCA cycle from the launch period in a software domain, which is increasingly in demand, and those who aspire to start their own business in the future or seek significant challenges.

1. Market and Trend Analysis in the Technical Field

•Conduct market analysis and trend analysis related to software development, third-party software verification, and quality (standards compliance) consulting.

2. Business Related to International Standardization Activities such as ISO/IEC

•Participate in domestic meetings and contribute to document creation.
•Disseminate information regarding standardization obtained from meetings and documents within the company and prepare reports.

3. Planning of AI-related Services

•Based on the analysis results from (1) and (2), plan and consider AI-related services in the future.

As a researcher in the rapidly growing software engineering department of the company, you will be entrusted with market analysis and trend analysis in the technical field, including international standards such as AI. Not only will you gain knowledge and experience regarding legal requirements, such as standards compliance, but you will also contribute from the planning stage of service development. You will be able to grow the business while implementing the PDCA cycle in a work environment that is primarily remote-friendly.

Mandatory Requirements

Mandatory Qualifications:

•Business-level proficiency in English (a level sufficient for communication with overseas companies and conducting research related to technology)
•Presentation skills
•Experience in research work in some technical field
•Ability to learn new technologies independently

Application Qualifications:

•Graduation from a technical college or higher

Preferred Requirements

•Experience in technical domain research at a consulting firm
•Individuals who have actively implemented the PDCA cycle to achieve results
•Those with knowledge in the enterprise software domain
•Experience in researching international standards such as ISO or IEC
•Individuals who aspire to start their own business in the future
