Job Description

In the Software Engineering Division, you will be responsible for sales of contracted engineering services for software development related to embedded systems and the enterprise domain, specifically focusing on acquiring new customers.

Our division began operations in 2022, and until now, we have been providing value through individual engineering services by being stationed at our clients' locations. The number of people in our department has now surpassed 130, and moving forward, we aim to transition from individual contributions to a team-based approach to offer engineering services that meet our clients' needs. We plan to start contracted software development in 2024.

Initially, you will act as a playing manager, responsible for acquiring new customers in collaboration with the team leader of engineers. In the future, this position is expected to evolve into a management role that includes sales management in the field of contracted software development.

Main Responsibilities:

•Sales targeting new customer acquisition
•Management of sales in the contracted software development field
•Future development of sales team members
•Sales for other new services, etc.

Attraction of this Job Position: This role is within the rapidly growing Software Engineering Division of the company, where you will be responsible for acquiring new contracted software development projects as well as managing sales. This is a vital role as it focuses on acquiring key customers with a long-term vision for business growth.

Young salespeople from SIer backgrounds, particularly those whose experiences align closely with the job requirements, have achieved significant salary increases and are actively contributing. Mandatory Requirements

Required

•Over 5 years of sales experience in contract work within the software industry
•Experience in a startup company or as a member of a new business launch team (experience in starting from scratch, i.e., 0 to 1)
•Over 3 years of experience in acquiring new customers

Preferred

•Experience in acquiring new customers in the enterprise sector (finance, securities, insurance)
•Experience in training sales team members
•Application Qualifications
•Graduated from a technical college with a degree in a science-related field or higher
