Job Description

In the Software Engineering Division, you will be responsible for sales of contracted engineering services for software development aimed at new customer acquisition in the embedded and enterprise sectors. Our division was established in 2022, and until now, we have provided value through engineering as individual contributors stationed at customer sites.

The number of employees in our division has exceeded 130, and moving forward, we aim to transition from individual contributions to delivering engineering services as a team, starting contracted software development projects from 2024. Initially, you will focus on preparation for new customer acquisition, regular visits, and project acquisition.

This position is responsible for developing new contracted software development projects in the rapidly growing Software Engineering Department of our company. It is an important role where you will cultivate key customers with a long-term perspective on business growth.

Everyone who joined the company in 2023 has seen an increase in their annual salary. Young sales professionals from SIers with significant experience closely related to this job description have achieved substantial salary increases and are excelling. Mandatory Requirements

【Required Qualifications】

Sales experience in the software industry (contract work)
Experience in startup companies or as a member involved in launching new businesses (specifically experience in starting from scratch)
Experience in acquiring new customers

【Preferred Qualifications】

Experience in acquiring new customers in the enterprise sector (finance, securities, insurance)

【Application Qualifications】

Graduated from a technical college or higher (science-related field)
