Salary Details

Job Description

In the Software Engineering Division, you will be responsible for proposing solutions related to software quality, primarily targeting large enterprises as a sales representative. Our division was established in 2022, and until now, we have provided value through engineering as individual contributors at client sites. Our department has grown to over 130 members, and we are now promoting the provision of engineering services tailored to customer needs as a team rather than as individuals, focusing on software quality verification services.

Initially, you will serve as a playing manager, collaborating with the group leader of business management to develop new customers. In the future, this position is expected to also involve revenue management for the specific area you are in charge of, making it a candidate role for a managerial position.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Qualifications

•5+ years of IT sales experience in a third-party verification service company or a systems integrator (Sier)
•Experience in a startup company or as a member of a team launching a new business (experience in starting from scratch, from 0 to 1)
•3+ years of experience in acquiring new clients

Preferred Qualifications

•Experience in acquiring new clients in the enterprise sector (finance, securities, insurance)
•Experience in training sales team members
