Job Description

Popular Job for Remote Work, Weekends and Holidays Off, Data Entry Tasks (Starting at 190,000 yen per month)

This position is a support desk for salespeople handling medical equipment installed in overseas hospitals.

・Email translation between English and Japanese. (The ratio of Japanese to English usage is 50:50.)
・Respond to inquiries via email in English, providing announcements or solutions to issues.
Example: Responding to inquiries regarding various medical devices used in medical settings, such as X-ray machines, when "error messages appear on image data" or when an error code is displayed, guiding them on how to resolve the issue. The solution will be derived using search engines, so you can feel confident in providing accurate answers.
・For inquiries beyond your scope, you will hand them over to the appropriate department.
After completing the training period, you will be expected to work independently around three months in. After that, remote work will be scheduled.
Note: Depending on the situation, there may be a possibility of switching to office-based work.

You will handle approximately 10 inquiries per day.
TOEIC score of 700-795 is preferred.

You will be a contract employee, but there are bonuses twice a year.
Promotion from contract employee to full-time employee is possible.
Promotion system available: 16 people were promoted to full-time in 2022 (Miyazaki).
