Job Description

In the Software Engineering Division, you will be responsible for consulting sales related to compliance with international standards in embedded software. Our department has been established since 2022 and supports customers' development through three pillars: consulting for software compliance with international standards, software development, and third-party verification of software. You will work closely with our consultants, who focus on solving challenges in the software functional safety development process, primarily on acquiring new projects. Initially, you will act as a playing manager responsible for acquiring new customers, but the position is intended for future management candidates who will also manage sales in their areas of responsibility.

Main Duties

Consulting sales related to automotive quality standards and functional safety standards
In the future, training and nurturing sales team members
Sales of other new services planned for future development, etc.

This position is in the rapidly growing Software Engineering Department, where you will be mainly responsible for sales in compliance consulting with international standards that started in 2023. It is a crucial task to acquire key customers with a long-term perspective for business growth. Everyone who joined the department in 2023 has experienced an increase in their annual income. Mandatory Requirements

Required:

•At least 3 years of experience in sales consulting for the automotive domain or certification services like ISO, etc.
•Experience in a startup company or as a member of a new business launch team (experience in launching from 0 to 1).
•At least 3 years of experience in acquiring new customers.

Preferred:

•Experience in training sales team members.
•Basic knowledge of ISO 26262, SOTIF, etc.

•Bachelor's degree or higher in a science-related field.
