Details about the Job

Business Overview

Our company primarily serves the top three automobile manufacturers, specializing in control development for electrification and autonomous driving, as well as the development of mathematical models related to AI. We are often referred to as a Tier 0.5 engineering company. Recently, we have been actively shifting from traditional development using actual vehicles to model-based development (MBD) techniques, completing the simulation development of a full vehicle from the upstream stages. Our engineers excel in mathematics and physics, capable of expressing specifications with control algorithms, modeling the controlled objects as plant models, and specializing in contract development through simulations of feedback loops formed by both elements. Recently, we have also been focusing on contract development in mathematical domains beyond just control.

Job Responsibilities

As a contract development engineer, you will be responsible for the following tasks (a partial list):

Creation of specifications, model construction, and MILS/HILS for electrification/autonomous driving for automobile manufacturers
Development of perception and decision-making functions for new mobility
Development of demand forecasting and mathematical optimization models for flow simulations and the sharing economy

Mandatory Requirements

At least one of the following is required:

•Experience in Model-Based Development (MBD)
•Development experience utilizing data science, AI, or mathematical models

[Application Qualifications]

Must have completed a technical college or higher in a science-related field.

Preferred Requirements

Preferred Requirements

•Experience as a project leader or team manager
•Experience in embedded software development
•Holder of JDLA Deep Learning (Engineer) certification
•Experience in development using ROS, CI/CD, AWS, etc.
•English proficiency (sufficient for communication with overseas partner companies)

Working Hours

■ Flextime system (Core time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM) ■ Standard working hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Actual working hours: 8 hours) ■ Break time: 60 minutes ■ Overtime: Yes ※ There may be cases where it is classified as attendance for managerial supervisors.

Bonus: Twice a year (February, August)
