■ You will be responsible for new construction, maintenance, and renovation work in the following areas:
・Installation of underground utility ducts ordered by public authorities,
・Underground power distribution line construction ordered by electric power companies,
・Installation of utility ducts in redevelopment areas,
・Exterior works in large commercial facilities, among others.
■ Your role will involve overseeing the following tasks:
・Estimating construction costs,
・Managing construction schedules,
・Material management,
・Safety management,
・Labor management,
・Cost control,
・Quality control.
You will also be involved in negotiations with various stakeholders, such as contractors and clients.
Required Qualifications (one of the following):
・1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician, 2nd Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician
・1st Class Civil Engineering Construction Management Technician Assistant
Required Experience (if you hold one of the above qualifications):
・Experience in Construction Management of Civil Engineering Works related to electricity, telecommunications, and paving in road infrastructure projects.
・Experience in Construction Management for public authority-ordered projects, such as installation of underground utility ducts, street construction, and roadway renovation.

8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (with a 60-minute break), no flex-time system.
