Job Description

Business Overview

Our company primarily serves the top three automotive manufacturing companies, focusing on the development of control systems for electrification and autonomous driving, as well as the development of mathematical models in areas such as AI. We are known as a Tier 0.5 engineering company. In recent years, there has been a significant shift from traditional development using actual vehicles to model-based development (MBD) techniques, allowing us to complete the development of a full vehicle through simulation from the upstream stages. Our engineers excel in mathematics and physics, adeptly expressing specifications as control algorithms and modeling the controlled objects as plant models. They specialize in contracted development through simulations of feedback loops formed by both aspects. Recently, we have also been putting considerable effort into contracted development in areas beyond control systems, particularly in mathematical domains.

Job Description

As an engineer in contracted development, you will be responsible for the following tasks (partial list):

- Creation of specifications, model construction, MILS/HILS for electrification and autonomous driving areas for automotive companies
- Development of recognition and decision-making functions for new mobility solutions
- Model development for demand forecasting and mathematical optimization for crowd simulation and sharing economy applications

Mandatory Requirements

Experience in Model Based Development (MBD)
 Or experience in development using data science, AI and mathematical models

Working Hours

9:00~18:00: Partially flexible working hours (core time 11:00~15:00) *In principle, during the training period, fixed working hours (9:00-18:00) with a 1-hour break (12:00-13:00)

Raise and Bonus

Bonus: Twice a year (August and February of the following year)
