At this company, you will propose effective human resource development through new online education, training, and learning that utilizes digital tools and the internet, to clients such as businesses, schools, and public organizations. As a long-term HR development partner, you will handle the entire process—from securing training contracts to the development of course materials, designing and directing training operations, and providing follow-up proposals after training sessions. You will be responsible for delivering online training solutions that solve the client's challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
Propose services to new and existing clients based on responses from exhibitions and web seminars.
Collaborate with the production team and engineers to develop e-learning courses and training services.
Act as a partner after training is complete, using learning history data to provide ongoing support.
Team-based approach: Even those with no experience can receive extensive support in their sales activities.
Sales Targets:
Human resources, sales, information systems, legal departments of corporate clients (especially large companies).
Educational institutions (national and private universities, vocational schools) and public organizations such as government agencies.
Example of Proposal Content:
Selling standalone packaged courses or offering customizable options like unlimited learning systems.
Proposing fully customized courses tailored to the specific challenges of various industries and organizations.
Proposing a SaaS platform that makes it easy to create e-learning content to reduce internal training production costs and the number of in-person training sessions.
Proposing the company's own Learning Management System (LMS), which integrates training, student management, and course promotion to streamline HR department tasks.
Course Content:
Leadership and management training, young talent development, new hire training, organizational culture promotion, information security, compliance education, IT engineer training, Microsoft learning, English content, and online lectures.
Key Points:
With a focus on "taking responsibility for results," you will engage with clients in a "long-term and in-depth" manner, providing solutions to their challenges with minimal changes in account management.
