Job Description

Business Overview

Our company primarily serves as a client to the top three automotive companies and is an engineering firm responsible for the development of control systems for electrification and autonomous driving, as well as mathematical model development related to AI (often referred to as Tier 0.5). Recently, leveraging model-based development (MBD) techniques, there has been a shift from traditional development using real vehicles to a trend where the entire simulation of a vehicle is completed from the upstream stages of development. Our engineers excel in mathematics and physics, express specifications through control algorithms, model control targets as plant models, and specialize in contract development through simulations involving feedback loops derived from both components. Recently, we have also been focusing on contract development in mathematical domains beyond control.

Job Description

Through work, you will be exposed to the latest trends in mobility, Mobility as a Service (MaaS), and mathematical fields while acquiring technology and enhancing your career.

[Training Period]

- Acquisition of MBD simulation technology and programming skills using our proprietary teaching materials (up to 3 months)

[After Assignment]

- Support the introduction and operation of the MBD development process
- Software development of mathematical models and development support tools

Mandatory Requirements

[Required Qualifications]

- More than 3 years of relevant work experience (the duration is negotiable based on experience)
- Individuals who can communicate and carry out tasks in Japanese
- Those who are willing to apply the skills acquired during training in their work
- Individuals who enjoy simulation and programming and feel they have a natural aptitude for it

- Graduate of a science and engineering vocational school or higher

- Someone who regularly drives or enjoys mobility (no restrictions on the type of mobility)
- Development personnel from mobility-related manufacturers (no restrictions on development area or type of mobility)
- Programmers who want to test their skills (no restrictions on programming languages)
