Business Overview

Our company mainly serves the top three automotive manufacturers, focusing on the development of control systems for electrification and autonomous driving, as well as the development of mathematical models in areas such as AI. We are an engineering firm often referred to as Tier 0.5. Recently, we have been leveraging model-based development (MBD) techniques to transition from traditional development methods relying on real vehicles to a more advanced approach that enables the completion of vehicle development through simulations right from the upstream stages. Our engineers excel in mathematics and physics, allowing them to express specifications through control algorithms and model the control targets as plant models. They specialize in contracted development that uses simulations of feedback loops created from both aspects. Recently, we have also been focusing on contracted development in mathematical areas beyond just control systems.

Job Responsibilities

You will be responsible for marketing projects that communicate our technology in an easily understandable manner, using various media, by collaborating with mathematical engineers on examples of demand forecasting and mathematical optimization for crowd simulation and the sharing economy.

- Planning and execution of marketing in the mathematical field
- Market research in the mathematical domain and formulation of marketing strategies
- Proposal and creation of customer projects in collaboration with engineers and sales teams
- Recruitment marketing for mathematical engineers

Necessary Skills and Experience:

- Specialized knowledge in machine learning, generative AI, mathematical optimization, etc.
- Skills and experience in clearly communicating technology.
- Marketing experience or skills in discovery (ability to make connections, questioning ability, observational skills, networking ability, experimental skills).
