Job Details

We are seeking CAE engineers at a company accelerating digital engineering.

Uniqueness of SOLIZE

At SOLIZE, we engage in CAD and CAE operations within the mechanical design field, as well as MBSE in software development. This allows us to respond to manufacturing using digital tools from the upstream stage, enhancing the quality of design development, controlling costs, and shortening development speed. We provide essential engineering services for the future of manufacturing.

For example, by collaborating between the Multi Body Simulation (MBS) provided by the CAE department and the Model Based Development (MBD) provided by the MBSE department, we offer solutions to design challenges from a multifaceted perspective rather than being limited to a single area.

We welcome individuals who wish to acquire advanced technologies not only in current techniques but also with a forward-looking mindset.

Job Responsibilities

You will primarily be involved in the following tasks, either through dispatch or contract, mainly in the automotive industry:

- Analysis related to NVH, crashworthiness, strength, MBS (mechanisms, vehicle dynamics), CFD (thermal fluid), structural optimization, or electromagnetic fields.
- Creating mesh models for CAE, setting boundary conditions, and proposing countermeasures based on analysis results to meet specifications.
- Design rationalization, lightweighting, and optimal design using CAE.
- Depending on your performance, there may also be a career opportunity for member management.

Mandatory Requirements

Required Skills and Experience
Required
At least 2 years of experience in analysis using tools (Solver and Pre-Post Processor) appropriate to the analysis domain.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher from a four-year science university

Preferred Requirements

- Individuals who have completed a master's or doctoral program in a field related to the area of analysis.
- Individuals who hold Level 1 or higher in the Computational Mechanics Engineer Examination.

*Note: Japanese language proficiency (N1), more than 3 years of practical analysis experience in Japan, and more than 3 years of living experience in Japan are required.
