We are dedicated to thoroughly reducing waste for designers and accelerating the realization of virtual twins.

Uniqueness of SOLIZE

At SOLIZE, we engage in CAD and CAE operations in the mechanical design field, and we perform Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) in the software development area. This enables us to support manufacturing using digital tools from the upstream phase, providing essential engineering services for future manufacturing that enhance the quality of design development, control costs, and shorten development speed.

For example, by collaborating between the Multi-Body Simulation (MBS) provided by the CAE department and the Model-Based Development (MBD) offered by the MBSE department, we propose solutions to design challenges from a multifaceted perspective, not limited to a single domain. We welcome those who wish to acquire cutting-edge technologies not only based on current advancements but also with an eye toward the future.

Job Description

There is a growing demand to reduce waste, including rework in design processes. Focusing primarily on the automotive industry, you will be responsible for standardizing operations and implementing processes that are not reliant on individuals in the design field of manufacturing. Details

- Requirement definition and creation of requirement definition documents based on customer hearings.
- Development of efficiency tools using 3D CAD and VBA.

Working Hours

9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Some flexible working hours available (Core Time: 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM) *During the training period, the standard working hours will be in principle (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a 1-hour break (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).
