Job Description

Starting with urban regeneration projects that will become local landmarks, we handle the construction of office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, factories, and more. There are opportunities to be involved in advanced buildings that lead the times, environmentally friendly and energy-saving buildings that respond to societal requests, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. In addition to new construction, we also engage in many renovation works that pursue safety, security, and environmental considerations, including seismic resistance, vibration control, and base isolation.

Job Description

You will be part of our design department and take on overall structural design tasks, including:

1. Planning and reviewing structural plans.
2. Conducting various analyses and structural calculations.
3. Coordinating with internal and external project stakeholders, including discussions with government agencies, etc.
- Preparing various documents, drawings, and 3D models related to the above.
- Engaging in the construction of urban regeneration projects that will become local landmarks, as well as office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, factories, and more. There are opportunities to be involved in advanced buildings that lead the times, environmentally friendly and energy-saving buildings that respond to societal requests, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Mandatory Requirements

Candidates who meet all of the following conditions:

● Graduated from a four-year university or higher
● More than three years of practical experience in structural design
● Hold a first-class architect license (It is preferable to also hold a first-class structural architect license)
