Job Description
You will be involved in various construction projects, including city revitalization projects that become regional landmarks, office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There will be opportunities to engage in innovative buildings that lead the times, environmentally friendly energy-saving buildings that respond to societal needs, and large-scale projects that attract significant public attention.
Additionally, we handle not only new constructions but also numerous renewal projects that prioritize safety, security, and environmental considerations, including earthquake-resistant, vibration-controlled, and seismic isolation structures.
Main Responsibilities:
•Primarily focused on site construction management (equipment) tasks.
•You will manage a wide range of responsibilities including quality management, progress management, health and safety management, schedule management, coordination with subcontractors, and negotiations with clients in construction and equipment works.
•You will be involved in construction projects such as urban revitalization initiatives, office buildings, condominiums, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, factories, and more. There will be opportunities to work on leading-edge buildings, energy-efficient structures that meet social demands, and large-scale, high-profile projects.
•We also undertake numerous renovation projects alongside new construction, emphasizing safety, security, and environmental sustainability through earthquake resistance, vibration control, and seismic isolation.
Application Qualifications/Requirements
■ Essential Requirements:
•Must have more than 3 years of experience in construction management in the building sector.
•Must hold one of the following qualifications:
*Grade 1 Electric Work Management Engineer
*Grade 1 Plumbing Work Management Engineer
*Building Equipment Engineer
*Chief Electric Engineer (Type 1 to Type 3)
*Fire Equipment Engineer (Type A)
