Job Description

As a dispatched engineer in the product development areas of our clients (major manufacturers in automotive, automotive parts, home appliances, etc.), you will use 3D CAD to support various phases, from structural design to mass production design, at the customer's design site.

■Key Responsibilities
・Shape consideration and modeling with a focus on production efficiency for the design target
・Proposing design changes
・Negotiating and coordinating with relevant departments
・Supporting design through the entire process from prototype to mass production

■CAD Software Used:
・CATIA / NX / ProE (Creo) / SolidWorks

Mandatory Requirements

Practical design experience using high-end 3D CAD (CATIA V5, Creo, NX)
Note: Must have N1-level Japanese proficiency, experience living in Japan, and at least 3 years of design experience using 3D CAD at one company

Graduated from a technical college or higher in a science/engineering field

Working Hours

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM A flexible work schedule is available, with core hours from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Note: During the training period, the working hours are fixed (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) with a 1-hour break (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM).

Raise and Bonus

Bonus: Paid twice a year (in July and December).
