Salary Details

Job Description

We undertake various construction projects including urban renewal projects that become landmarks in the community, as well as office buildings, apartments, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. There are opportunities to be involved in advanced buildings that lead the times, energy-efficient buildings that respond to social demands for environmental considerations, and large-scale projects that attract significant social attention. Additionally, we are engaged in numerous construction projects that focus not only on new builds but also on seismic resistance, vibration control, and base isolation that prioritize safety, security, and the environment, as well as renovation work.

[Job Responsibilities]

Primarily in charge of construction management tasks at the work site (equipment).

•You will be broadly responsible for quality control, progress management, safety and health management, schedule management, coordination with subcontractors, and negotiations with clients in both construction and equipment projects.

•We undertake various construction projects including urban renewal projects that become landmarks in the community, office buildings, apartments, educational facilities, pharmaceutical research facilities, medical facilities, and factories. Required Qualifications:

- More than 3 years of work experience in construction management.
- Must possess at least one of the following qualifications:
- First-Class Electric Works Management Engineer
- First-Class Plumbing Works Management Engineer
- Building Equipment Engineer
- Chief Electric Engineer (Type 1–3)
- Fire Protection Equipment Engineer (Type A)

Last Academic Background: Graduate School / University Graduate / Specialist Degree / High School Graduate
